Charlie Hunnam isn't the only one who felt the pressure of Fifty Shades of Greyfame. Dakota Johnson has also reportedly been struggling with the film's high expectations.

Charlie Hunnam drops out of Fifty Shades of Grey

"Dakota is having a very hard time dealing with all the press," a source told E! News. "When she first got the role, it was way too much for her."

Though Johnson has famous parents, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, the Ben & Kate actress was a relative unknown before she was cast as Anastasia Steele. Then suddenly, she became someone "everyone wants a piece of." "It's been tough," the source added.

While Universal Pictures cited Hunnam's "immersive TV schedule" on Sons of Anarchy as the reason behind him leaving, insiders tell a different story. "More than anything, he hates attention and being in Fifty Shades of Grey would force him to do lots of media," a source told E! People also reports that Hunnam dropped out because he didn't want "the Robert Pattinson-esque attention" that comes with the role of Christian Grey.

When Hunnam's and Johnson's castings were announced, fans started a petitionto cast Matt Bomer and Alexis Bledel instead. With Hunnam out, there's a slight possibility fans will get their wish for Christian Grey. But as of now, Johnson is still your Anastasia Steele.
