Police arrested 53-year-old Mark McLeod Tuesday after Walt Disney Pictures security officers reported he had returned to the Tybee Island movie set where Cyrus was filming, according to The Associated Press. McLeod was previously arrested in June for disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer near the beachside set, which is 12 miles east of Savannah. After the initial arrest, McLeod told police he'd met Cyrus 18 months prior, had sent her diamond rings and gifts, and that she'd accepted his marriage proposal. "Our eyes met at her concert and we both knew," he said, according to the police report. "I walked straight through security and up to her bus. Bill Ray was standing there. He shook my hand and said you're the good man we've been praying for."Police told McLeod to stay away from the movie set, but security guards were warned to keep an eye out for him. He was spotted near the set on Sunday, police said."He was asking for Miley and going up and knocking on some doors" Tybee Island Police Chief Jim Price said of the most recent incident. "The security guards recognized him. In fact, he went up to the security guards and asked them, 'Is Miley around?'"
