The CW went on a pick-up spree on Tuesday, handing out fall renewals to network staples The Vampire Diaries, 90210, Gossip Girl, Supernatural and America's Next Top Model.

As part of the announcement, the C-Dub also confirmed that this fall's Top Model will be the show's first-ever all-star cycle. That's right — fan favorites and notorious contestants will be back to take another stab at top modelhood. (The return of Shanthrax? Stay tuned.)

Still awaiting renewals are One Tree Hill (which, one insider notes, winds up on the bubble every year, only to eventually get a reprieve), Hellcats and Nikita. With Smallville retiring and the CW in need of another show to fill the void behind Top Model on Wednesday nights, there's a chance that all three of those shows will return (still leaving room for two newcomers).

Much of those decisions will be made in the coming weeks as the CW reviews its new pilots and makes final decisions for the fall.

The Top Model renewal is actually for two cycles next season. The CW also noted that The Vampire Diaries remains the network's most-watched show, at 4 million viewers.
