Courteney Cox, Johnny McDaid Call Off Engagement

Courteney Cox and her fiancé, Snow Patrol guitarist Johnny McDaid, have called off their engagement and ended their relationship, TMZ reports.

The couple announced their engagement in June 2014 after they had been dating for six months.

McDaid, 39, moved out of Cox's homes in Malibu and Los Angeles before Thanksgiving, according to TMZ, and has returned to his native U.K. Sources told TMZ that McDaid and Cox, 51, attended couples counseling before finally deciding to go their separate ways.

Cox was previously married to David Arquette from 1999 until they were divorced in 2013. They have one daughter, Coco, 11.
