Clemente, who was fired by Bismarck TV station KFYR on his first day for mistakenly cursing several times, said he was open to "better offers" — as Letterman consoled him for what he said was mistreatment.
Clemente's gaffes have been passed around the web and national news.
"I crawled in bed and called my parents," Clemente said, of what he did after the firing. "At first, it was an emotional conversation obviously. But the next day, you've got to pick yourself up and laugh at yourself. "
Do you think a national news outlet will hire Clemente?
