CINEMATOGRAPHER DIES

Oscar-winning cinematographer Conrad L. Hall, whose work included Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and American Beauty, died Saturday at a Santa Monica, Calif., hospital of complications from bladder cancer. He was 76.
