Andy Cohen confronted Applegate about the evening on Watch What Happens LiveSunday, during a round of "Plead the Fifth." Unfortunately for curious viewers, the Vacation star did just that, and refused to answer the question, even though she had already pleaded the fifth on an earlier query.

But she did offer a few clues. The mystery man was well known, though he wasn't an actor. And he and Applegate never had a full-fledged relationship.
