As if Severide didn't have enough to worry about on Chicago Fire, a nasty car wreck will put the weight of the world on his shoulders.

In this exclusive sneak peek from Tuesday's episode (10/9c, NBC), Firehouse 51 rushes to the scene of a near-explosive car wreck that sends one car barreling through the basement of a nearby house. When Severide (Taylor Kinney) goes inside to look for victims, he finds a man trying to hold the vehicle back from crushing a woman and her baby.
