Chicago Fire: Annie Ilonzeh Taking Over for Monica Raymund

Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) will have a new partner in her ambulance when Chicago Fire returns for Season 7.

Variety reports that Charlie's Angels' Annie Ilonzeh will recur as a paramedic named Emily Foster. Foster is "new to the Chicago Fire Department but is a quick and effective worker. She may have a chip on her shoulder from the previous bumps in the road, yet takes everything in stride."

Ilonzeh is filling a vacancy left by Monica Raymund, who starred as paramedic Gabby Dawson for the NBC procedural's first six seasons. She announced she was leaving shortly after the Season 6 finale.

Also recurring on Season 7 will be Trial & Error's Steven Boyer, who will play CFD Assistant Deputy Commissioner Jerry Gorsch, who's scheming on a bigger piece of the pie at headquarters.

Chicago Fire Season 7 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 9/8c.
