When Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter Chelsea was found on Tuesday after being missing for a week, she was staying with a 25-year-old alleged heroin addict she met on Tinder, Us Weekly reports.

Chelsea and her therapy dog, Bear, were located in Steven Sheerer's home in New Jersey, a spokesman for the Ocean County Police Department told People.
