CBS apparently is not content beating NBC's Friends and Will &#038 Grace on Thursday nights, it's now setting its sights on the network's powerhouse drama ER. Beginning next month, CBS will replace 48 Hours at 10 pm/ET with Big Apple, a new cop drama from NYPD Blue writer/producer David Milch. Currently, 48 Hours is CBS's only weak link on its new and improved Thursday night lineup that includes Survivor and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
