CBS has given full season orders to freshman series Bull, Kevin Can Waitand MacGyver, the network announced Monday.
The three new shows have all quickly established themselves as formidable new hits this fall. Bull, starring Michael Weatherly,and Kevin Can Wait, starring Kevin James, are the top-rated new drama and comedy of the season, averaging 17.32 million viewers and 11.26 million viewers, respectively. And despite some initial behind-the-scenes issues, MacGyver has found success on Friday nights, averaging 11.35 million viewers.
"We're thrilled viewers have embraced these three shows creatively," CBS Entertainment President Glenn Geller said in a statement. "Each one has made an immediate and positive impact on our schedule, while significantly contributing to growing their respective nights."
