CBS Orders Bad Teacher to Series

More than a week after CBS announced its fall schedule, the network has given an additional series order to the Bad Teacheradaptation, TVGuide.com has learned.

Based on the Cameron Diaz film, a sexy, foul-mouthed divorcée (Ari Graynor) becomes a teacher to find her next husband. Ryan Hansen, Sara Gilbert, Kristin Davis, Sara Rodier, Caitlin Kimball, Katie Walder and David Alan Grier will also star.

Happy Endingsscribe Hilary Winston will write and executive-produce with Bad Teacherproducers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.

Bad Teacher joins previously ordered comedies Mom, Crazy Ones, The Millersand We Are Men, along with dramas Hostagesand Intelligence.
