Now that Amanda Knox has returned home from Italy, CBS' 48 Hours Mysterywill tell her Untold Story in a special airing Saturday at 10/9c.

In Amanda Knox: The Untold Story, correspondent Peter Van Sant, who covered the 24-year-old's case from Perugia, Italy over the years, will reveal that Knox was the victim of "cruel manipulation and sexual intimidation" while behind bars, as discovered in a letter she had written.

Amanda Knox freed, murder conviction overturned

Knox — whose case had been dramatized in the Lifetime movie Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, starring Hayden Panettiere — claims a high-ranking prison administrator ordered her into his office and would talk to her about sex. She went on to believe that his real motive was to provoke her into saying something that would support the prosecution's theory that she was a sex-crazed killer.

The special will also feature the lengthy video diary of Knox's friend, Madison Paxton, who moved to Italy to help fight for her release.

Was Lifetime's Amanda Knox movie impartial?

Knox and co-defendant Raffaele Sollecito were convicted in 2009 of sexually assaulting and murdering Meredith Kercher, who was stabbed to death in her bedroom. Knox was sentenced to 26 years in prison, Sollecito to 25. A third person, Rudy Hermann Guede, was convicted separately. Sollecito and Knox were freed Monday; Guede's guilty verdict was upheld upon appeal, but his sentence was reduced from 30 to 16 years.
