Casey Kasem's family feud seems to be over.

Attorneys for Kasem's daughter, Julie, told a judge in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday that she was withdrawing her request for legal control of her father's healthcare as part of a confidential visitation agreement, People reports.

The biggest celebrity feuds

"It's been resolved," Julie's attorney, Andrew Katzenstein, told the magazine following the hearing. "We're glad the case was able to settle."

Julie, 38, and her siblings, Kerri, 41, and Mike, 40, had alleged that their stepmother Jean, 59, had cut off all access to Kasem since this past summer. Jean responded in court papers filed in October, in which she claimed that due to unspecified family drama, visits with their father would be "intolerable and unpleasant." However, a court-ordered doctor eventually determined that the bedridden star did want to see his children.

The longtime radio host, who is currently hospitalized, has advanced Parkinson's disease.

Although Mike told People "for me, this matter is over with," it was revealed that the agreement only extends to Mike and Julie, but not Kerri. "We think the visitation terms are too restrictive," Kerri's lawyer, Troy Martin, said after the hearing. "There hasn't been an agreement reached between Kerri and Jean. It could require us to file another conservatorship. We're still in negotiations."
