Brooklyn Nine-Nine is kicking into high gear for the second half of its freshman season.

The best performances of the year

In this exclusive first look, the Fox comedy's new key art throws back to old school cop shows and movies with an action-packed poster highlighting a high-kicking Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg). The new art puts the most beloved traits of each member of the squad on display, such as Santiago's tough-cop demeanor, Terry's charm, Gina's ability to sort papers and even Captain Holt's love of ties! (Sadly — but not surprisingly — no one was able to photograph Rosa smiling.)

The release of the new image comes as Brooklyn Nine-Nine prepares to kick off a run of all new episodes, including its big post-Super Bowl episode featuring the return of Fred Armisen.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine returns with new episodes on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 8:30/7:30c on Fox. What do you think of the new key art?
