Fox's Arrested Development is going on a brief production hiatus while leading man Jason Bateman recovers from throat surgery. "He's totally going to be fine," assures exec producer Mitch Hurwitz. "We're shutting down for a couple of weeks so he can recover, and then we'll be back in production." Despite the break, original episodes of Arrested will air as scheduled throughout November.
