Breaking Bad Returning March 21

The third season of Breaking Bad will debut March 21 at 10/9c on AMC.

Series star and two-time Emmy winner Bryan Cranston will direct the premiere episode. AMC will also air a six-episode marathon featuring the best of Breaking Bad on March 19 at 8/7c.

Cranston has taken home two Emmys for his portrayal of Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher who starts dealing meth when he learns he's dying of lung cancer. The actor is also nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award for best actor in a drama and the series received a nomination for best drama from the 2010 Writers Guild of America awards.
