What started it?

Countess Vaughn, who starred on the UPN sitcom Moesha with singer-actress Brandy in the '90s, sent out an open letter to her former co-star over the weekend, settling a feud going back nearly 20 years. (Yes, we are that old.)

"I'm proud of you for being you and working to rise to the best you inside of you. You are an amazing being with amazing God-given capacity," read Vaughn's letter, which she posted on Instagram Sunday night.

Awkward! Brandy sings her heart out on the subway and is completely ignored

Their beef, Brandy told Vibe in 1998, began when Vaughn called Brandy by a different name that starts with B. But Brandy took the high road, quickly responding to Vaughn's post on Instagram, "My heart is touched right now. You are beautiful to me. I love you." Aw. Looks like these two are totally in the Christmas spirit.
