Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie: A Timeline of Their Relationship

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are divorcing, TMZ reports.

Jolie reportedly filed for divorce on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking sole custody of the couple's six children, and is not asking for spousal support.

According to TMZ, Jolie was concerned about Pitt's parenting methods and does not want him to have joint physical custody.

Jolie, 41, and Pitt, 52, have been together since 2004 and were married in 2014. Their children range in age from 8 to 15.

Jolie was previously married to Jonny Lee Miller, whom she divorced in 1999, and Billy Bob Thornton, whom she divorced in 2003. Pitt was previously married to Jennifer Aniston, whom he divorced in 2005.

Though the actors are most known for their work in movies, Jolie has been nominated for two Emmy Awards for her roles in Gia(1998) and George Wallace(1997). Pitt was also nominated for Emmys for his guest-starring role on Friends(2002) and as an executive producer of Nightingale (2015). He also won an Emmy as an executive producer of 2014's The Normal Heart.
