Box Office: Avengers: Age of Ultron Has the Second Biggest Opening Ever

Avengers: Age of Ultron earned $187.7 million in its opening weekend, according to Box Office Mojo.

The impressive opening is the second largest of all time, falling just short of The Avengers' record $207.4 million haul in 2012.

But while Ultron was raking it in, no other movie made more than $7 million this weekend. Furious 7 lost the top spot, falling to third with $6.1 million, just shy of The Age of Adaline's $6.3 million.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2came in fourth at $5.6 million, followed by Home($3.3 million) and Cinderella ($2.4 million). Ex Machina followed with $2.2 million, then Unfriendedwith $2 million. The Longest Rideand Woman in Gold rounded out the Top 10, earning $1.7 million and $1.68 million, respectively.
