Not according to a Salt Lake City judge, who on Thursday tossed out a lawsuit filed by a man who claims he was blindsided by the diva's Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction. Eric Stephenson, the father of three young children, says CBS parent company Viacom led him to believe that the halftime show would be a family-oriented celebration complete with balloons, pom-poms and eye-popping spectacles. Yet despite all those warnings, the dude just didn't see it coming.
