The executive producers of the Fox series are hoping to cast Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino in a role for an episode slated to air in October, according to Entertainment Weekly.

"We're trying to get The Situation to play a murder victim," executive producer Hart Hanson told EW. "A guido is killed and Booth and Brennan enter that world to find out what happens. We're not sure if it'll happen or not. Talks are ongoing."
The Situation is filming the third season of Jersey Shore in Seaside Heights, N.J., where co-star Snooki was recently arrested.
Fox did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
