Kentucky governor Ernie Fletcher has taken pen to paper to inform chesty PETA activist Pamela Anderson that a bust of KFC's founder will remain on display in the capitol. Although the Stacked star pointed out that Colonel Sanders is a symbol of cruelty to chickens, the gov countered, "[He] remains a Kentucky icon." Which explains the state's motto: "Kentucky — not so fowl."
