Third Big Brother Contestant Criticized by Employer for Offensive Remarks

Big Brother really knows how to pick 'em.

Spencer Clawson has earned the dubious distinction of being the third houseguest on Big Brother 15 to be criticized by his day job for offensive remarks made while being filmed for the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On the 24-hour Big Brother live feed on CBS.com, Clawson has been caught uttering gay slurs, calling Adolf Hitler a gifted speaker and using other offensive language, THR reports. And his employer, Union Pacific Railroad, is less than impressed.

"The values represented by Spencer Clawson's comments during the Big Brother show do not at all align with Union Pacific's values. Mr. Clawson is on unpaid leave of absence while participating on Big Brother. Union Pacific does not condone his comments," the company said in a statement. "Union Pacific is acting in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement terms regarding Mr. Clawson."

Clawson, 31, is a railroad conductor from Arkansas.

He's in similar company in the Big Brother house, however. Last week, contestant Aaryn Gries was dropped from her modeling agency after making derogatory comments towards other houseguests, and GinaMarie Zimmerman was also fired from her day job as a pageant coordinator for using the N-word.
