Could be. An employee of Wolfgang Puck Catering — which dished out the grub at Sports Illustrated's Feb. 14 Swimsuit Issue party — was recently diagnosed with the disease, TMZ reports. That means that the covergirl guest of honor, along with loads of other models, may have been exposed. Then again, that's making the crazy assumption that the Dreamgirl or any of the models actually did anything more than gaze longingly at the food. In any event, Knowles' rep tells the website they "were looking into it."
