Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy Nearing Divorce Settlement

It's definitely not a happily ever after for Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. But it looks like it's going to be a civil one.

TMZ.com reports that the Bravo-lebrity, 42, and her estranged husband are nearing a divorce settlement. The couple have filed legal documents saying that they agreed to part ways based on the "irretrievable breakdown" of their marriage.

However, there are still several looming unresolved issues, including division of property, custody of their 2-year-old daughter,  Bryn, child support and spousal support. The website reports that the couple are also in dispute over a computer that Hoppy wants Frankel to return.

A judge in the case set a May 24 deadline for Frankel and Hoppy to agree on a parenting plan.
