The newest member of Below Deck has arrived and within moments, the <strike> romance </strike> drama is already brewing. On Tuesday's episode, the staff of Ohana finally gets their replacement after Andrew got the boot. But as soon as the new guy Logan walks in, it's clear that he and chief steward Kate have a history.
