A Beetlejuicesequel is looking more and more likely.

Star Michael Keaton and director Tim Burton have both indicated that a second Beetlejuice movie is in the works. On Monday, Winona Ryder confirmed the sequel is indeed happening — and she's up for reprising her role.

Ryder shared the news during an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers. "I think I can confirm it," she told Meyers when he asked her about the sequel. "But I really don't know much more than anybody else."

The actress said she felt comfortable discussing the plans after seeing an on-camera interview with Burton in which he confirmed that he has a script for the sequel. "It was very hush-hush, top secret ... and then he was doing some press for Big Eyes and he did an on-camera interview and he said, 'Oh yeah, we're doing it and Winona's going to be in it,'" she said.
