Former Bachelor cast members Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have welcomed their first baby -- a boy -- into the world. The couple announced their news on Twitter over the holiday weekend.

God is good! We had a healthy baby boy named Samuel Thomas. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support!
The couple first announced the pregnancy in December, with Sean simply stating in an Instagram post "It's happening! I'm going to be a dad!"

Lowe and Giudici met on Season 17 of The Bachelor, with Sean proposing to Catherine at the end of the season. Sean's starring turn on that season of The Bachelor was spawned from his original appearance on Season 8 of The Bachelorette, Emily Maynard's season, in which he placed third. They got married in January 2014 in a fairytale wedding that was aired live on TV.
