Bachelor in Paradise's Ashley I. and Jared Are Engaged

So here's a spoiler for this season's Bachelor in Paradise, leaked by ABC to People: Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, Bachelor in Paradise's own Ross and Rachel (she's the Ross), got engaged during filming in Mexico.

Ashley and Jared started their long, winding relationship on Paradise in 2015, when he wasn't as into her as she was into him, and they decided to just have the kind of friendship where one of the people is madly in love with the other. Then on Paradise 2016, Ashley had a meltdown when Jared dated Caila Quinn, and their relationship was strained, but they patched things up and remained friendly as they each dated other people. Ashley dated her Bachelor Winter Games beau Kevin Wendt for a few months, but after that relationship petered out in May, Jared expressed his true feelings for Ashley and they got together. And now they're together together, having gotten engaged during the upcoming season.

And these crazy kids might make it. Bachelor in Paradise has produced two marriages (Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert and Carly Waddell and Evan Bass), with both couples having a child. Two couples from last year -- Derek Peth and Taylor Nolan and Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk -- are still together.

The proposal will presumably air during Bachelor in Paradise later this summer.
