Their wedding will air as a Valentine's Day special
Four months after getting engaged on the finale of Bachelor in Paradise, Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert made it official on Sunday at a ceremony in Dana Point, Calif. The ceremony was taped for a special that will air on ABC on Valentine's Day.
Guests at the wedding included Bachelor host Chris Harrison, current Bachelor Ben Higgins, Chris Soules, the Bachelor for whom Roper competed, and Ryan and Trista Sutter, among many other members of the Bachelor family.
"Coming into Paradise, I really didn't have any expectations about meeting somebody or falling in love with somebody," Tolbert told Roper while making his proposal on Bachelor in Paradise. "I've never met anybody who makes me feel the way I feel with you."
Another Bachelor in Paradise couple calls it quits
Tolbert appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorettebefore finding love on Bachelor in Paradise.
Roper and Tolbert live in Kansas City, Kan. They will be the fifth Bachelor Nation couple to get married on air, after Ryan and Trista Sutter in 2003, Jason and Molly Mesnick in 2010, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum in 2012, and Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici in 2014.
