Ahead of Avengers: Endgame's opening weekend, the blockbuster's filmmakers practically threatened to give anyone who spoiled the movie a one-way ticket to Knowhere as punishment. Of course, that's a bit of an exaggeration, because the Russo Brothers were actually quite kind in their request for fans not to ruin it for each other, but the message was still heard loud and clear by Marvel lovers, who in turn did their best to celebrate the film online without sullying the experience for others.

The fan community's acrobatic effort to avoid posting spoilers on social media resulted in a viral "spoilers without context" meme that allowed them to pay clever photo tribute to some of the film's most memorable elements in a way that wouldn't make sense to someone who hadn't seen it.

For example, if you're not one of the bajillion people who caught Endgame this weekend, then it probably won't make much sense to you why everyone's been posting pictures of a rat or what in the world tacos have to do with the heroes' post-snap adventures.
