Pilot Season: Get all the latest news

Astronaut Wives Club, which got a direct-to-series order from ABC in January, features a group of women whose husbands are astronauts in the 1960s. It's written by Gossip Girl's Stephanie Savage, who will executive-produce with Josh Schwartz.

Production has been halted so that the show can expand its concept and incorporate story lines from all three space missions — Mercury, Gemini and Apollo — that occurred during the space race of the 1960s. (The series was originally only going to focus on the Mercury missions.)
