New love might be on the horizon for Thea (Willa Holland) in Season 4 of Arrow.

Parker Young (Enlisted, Suburgatory) has booked a recurring role on The CW's superhero series as Alex Davis, a clever, ambitious young man who begins working for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and catches Thea's eye, Entertainment Tonightreports. It remains to be seen how Oliver will react to any potential sparks between them.

In other casting news, Hannibal star and True Blood alum Rutina Wesley will also be featured in a multi-episode arc on Arrow, according to TheWrap. No further details about her character are currently available.

Arrow has also been ramping up its villain roster in Season 4. In addition to the previously announced additions of Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk and Echo Kellum as Mister Terrific, JR Bourne (Teen Wolf) will play the comic book villain Double Down, while Jeri Ryan will play new character Jessica Danforth.
