We need more impressions from her ASAP

No disrespect to Selena Gomez, but Ariana Grande is the funniest pop star in her cohort. She already hosted and musical guested on Saturday Night Live in 2016 and did a really good job. So joining Jimmy Fallon for the full hour of The Tonight Show should be a piece of doughnut.

The tiny woman with the big voice will be Jimmy Fallon's guest for the whole show on Tuesday, May 1, the duo announced in an Instagram video on Wednesday. In the video, Grande introduces a fan video singing her new single "No Tears Left to Cry," which turns out to be Fallon singing the song with the words changed to be about her appearance on the late-night show ("Ariana, The Tonight Show, Grande and Fallon are ready to go"). Jimmy's lipgloss is poppin'.

During the show, she'll sing "No Tears Left to Cry" on TV for the first time. The UK garage-influenced hit song (52 million views on YouTube in less than a week) is her first new music since the terror attack during her concert in Manchester last year that left 22 people dead. So this appearance will be healing, too.

This will be The Tonight Show's second musician takeover in a few weeks; rapper Cardi B co-hosted on April 9.

Ariana Grande's Tonight Show takeover goes down Tuesday, May 1 at 11:35/10:35c on NBC.
