Archie Panjabi Addresses That Final Good Wife Scene

It had been two years since Alicia (Julianna Marguilies) and Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) shared a scene on The Good Wifewhen the former besties finally got together in the finale for one last drink ahead of Panjabi's exit.

But as we previously noted, the much-hyped reunion didn't seem to be a reunion at all, but rather the apparent results of some (not so impressive) CGI and body doubles.

When confronted with the reports byUs Weekly, Panjabi refused to confirm or deny whether she actually filmed the scene with Marguiles.

Who's replacing Kalinda on The Good Wife?

"You know, I can't answer that," she said. "It's not fair for me to answer those decisions, as much as I want to. But those decisions are made by the producers. I'm not privy to those decisions. All I do know is I'm very grateful to the Kings for making the decision to cast me," she said.

Panjabi's strained relationship with Marguiles is rumored to be the reason the pair haven't shared a scene in seasons. And it's unlikely Good Wife fans will ever actually get the Kalicia reunion they had hoped for, since Panjabi has no plans on returning to the CBS drama.

"I don't think so," she told E! News when asked if she might return in the future. "She came in as a mystery and left as a mystery."
