According to the Hollywood Reporter, "The majority of the cast" — including Skeet Ulrich, Lennie James and Ashley Scott — is expected back, as are exec producers Stephen Chbosky and Jon Turteltaub, while Carol Barbee will juggle show-running duties at Jericho and Swingtown, a new CBS drama debuting mid-season. And though some writers are already committed to new projects, a full staff isn't needed for the abbreviated run. While CBS boss Nina Tassler's full letter to fans is posted at the Ausiello Report, series star Ulrich has this to share with the loyal and ardent viewers who went "nuts" campaigning for Jericho's return: "I'm so thankful for not only their passionate support but their tireless efforts.... I look forward to the chance to give back to the fans with more of the story that brought us here."
