In documents obtained by TheSmokingGun.com, lawyers for Jennifer Aniston have warned magazines that they will be subject to "substantial monetary damages" if they publish photos of the actress sunbathing topless at her Los Angeles home, claiming that paparazzo Peter Brandt violated Aniston's privacy by using a "powerful telephoto lens," perhaps from a mile away, to capture the images. Brandt refutes the trespassing claims, arguing that he always has had a hot-air-ballooning hobby.
