Hair Stylists, Home Shopping Hosts and Yet Another Beauty Queen Set for Amazing Race 17

Looks like there will be some nicely coiffed contestants on this season's Amazing Race: Three hair stylists — on three different teams — make up the new Season 17 cast.

The three hair stylists are Vicki Casciola, Stephanie Smith and Jill Haney. All three are racing with their respective boyfriends, Nick DeCarlo, Chad Waltrip and Thomas Wolfard.

The new roster will also feature a team of beach volleyball players, home shopping hosts, doctors, Ivy League a cappella singers and Miss Kentucky 2009 Mallory Ervin, who is partnered with her father, Gary Ervin. Giving a twist to the usual parent-offspring tandem, Jenna Sykes will globe-trot with her birth mother, Andie DeKroon.

At age 20, student/Internet entertainer Kevin Wu is the youngest contestant, while his father, Michael, is the oldest at 58.
