Alex, Inc. is officially no more at ABC.

After one season of little interest and subpar ratings, Alex Inc. got the axe from ABC along with Quantico and Designated Survivor. Series star and executive producer Zach Braff tweeted in response to the news, "Goodbye Alex Inc. I'm forever grateful to our outstanding crew who worked their asses off. And thanks to everyone who gave the show a chance."

The half-hour comedy was based on the real life podcast "StartUp" by Gimlet Media. It tells the story of Alex Schuman (Braff), a radio journalist who launches a podcast chronicling his attempt to start his own company.

Alex, Inc. currently airs Wednesdays at 8:30/7:30c on ABC.
