2020 MTV VMAs: The Full Winners List

The 2020 MTV Video Music Awards show was an event like no other in its 35-year history. The network's celebration of the year's biggest hits came amid the coronavirus pandemic, which meant that artists accepted their Moon Person trophies before distanced crowds, and performances took place across several outdoor locations in New York. 

Notwithstanding the major changes to the formatting, the VMAs were still full of surprises -- from Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" homage to Lady Gaga's wild, wild face mask game -- and there were plenty of Moon Person trophies handed out throughout the night.
