Kwaidan: Review

Directed with an eerie visual sense by Masaki Kobayashi and spectacularly designed by art director Shigemasa Toda, this creepy quartet of ghost stories based on the tales of Lafcadio Hearn continues to scare and amaze nearly forty years after it was first released in its native Japan.
