Francis, Landis, Raye, and Mayfair went on a USO tour in 1943 and had such an interesting time that the studio decided to make a movie about it. The tour had to have been more interesting than this picture, which is the story of Kay Francis wanting to bring some light into the lives of the boys overseas.
