Average comedy about a portly wife (Price), her pencil-thin hubbie (Finlayson, Laurel & Hardy's usual sidekick), and their daughters. One of the girls (White) wants to be in show biz and meets Delaney, a cub reporter. Using (and slightly abusing) various contacts, he gets his girl into a show, and of course the film ends happily.
