Over The Brooklyn Bridge: Review

Alby Sherman (Elliott Gould) owns a small coffee shop in Brooklyn and dreams of operating a fashionable Manhattan restaurant. He seeks financing from his wealthy uncle (Sid Caesar), who is willing if Alby drops his Catholic girl friend (Margaux Hemingway) and settles down with a nice Jewish girl. Good laughs for anyone who understands the context; the point will be lost on those who don't.
