Premieres: Friday, Jan. 22 at 9/8c This quasi-prequel to Battlestar Galactica tells the story of two men, computer genius Daniel Grayson (Eric Stoltz) and forthright attorney Joseph Adama (Esai Morales) — yes, he's Bill Adama's dad. Grayson and Adama meet in tragedy, and their grief bond improbably leads to the invention of the first Cylon.

Premieres: Thursday, Jan. 21 at 8/7c Tina Majorino (Big Love) stars as Addy Fisher, one of four first-year associates at the cutthroat Sterling Law in Los Angeles. With varying degrees of moral fortitude, the quartet competes to win the favor of Cliff Huddle (Billy Zane), the firm's ruthless senior partner.

Premieres: TBD Rachel Conroy (Joss Whedon vet Amy Acker) moves to Haplin, Minn., to open a candle shop with an inheritance. She soon realizes that not everything in Haplin, is, well, happy, as a series of murders uncover a conspiracy that stretches back decades. Happy is executive-produced by Josh Appelbaum, who gave us the underrated Life on Mars remake.

Premieres: Sunday, Jan. 17 at 8/7c Mark Valley stars as Christopher Chance, a preternaturally intelligent bodyguard of sorts, in this adrenalized action series from McG (Terminator Salvation, the Charlie's Angels films). Chi McBride (Pushing Daisies) and Oscar nominee Jackie Earle Haley co-star as Chance's support team. Battlestar Galactica's Tricia Helfer guest-stars in the pilot episode as the client.

Premieres: Sunday Jan.13 at 9/8c Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon Jackson prepare to reunite for The Jackson Five's 40th Anniversary celebration. The six-hour series follows each of the brothers, reflects on their humble beginnings in Gary, Ind., and shows exactly how the other four Jacksons are coping with their brother Michael's shocking death.

Premieres: TBD Timothy Olyphant stars as Marshal Raylan Givens, a modern-day lawman with a 19th-century attitude. Based on an Elmore Leonard character, Givens employs a brash brand of justice that makes him a target of criminals, so his marshal superiors relocate him to his hometown. Nick Searcy (CSI) co-stars as Givens' friend and boss. Look for Walton Goggins (The Shield) and Natalie Zea (Dirty Sexy Money) in prominent guest spots.

Premieres: Monday, Jan. 18 at 9/8c Sixteen-year-old orphan Lux (Swingtown's Britt Robertson) wants to be emancipated from the foster care system. To do that, she needs the permission of the birth parents who gave her up for adoption, bar owner/perennial man-child Baze (Kristoffer Polaha) and radio DJ Cate (Shiri Appleby). Kerr Smith (Dawson's Creek) co-stars as Cate's morning-show co-host and boyfriend.

Premieres: Sunday, March 14 at 8/7c This Jerry Seinfeld-produced reality show features celebrities, comedians and sports stars weighing in on the problems between real-life spouses. The guest celebs will offer candid suggestions and problem-solving strategies. But make no mistake: This is comedy, not therapy.

Premieres: Monday, Dec. 7 at 10/9c Co-written by and starring Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond), this dramedy takes a unique look at three men in middle age: Joe (Romano), a father of two, has a gambling addiction that ended his marriage; Owen (Andre Braugher) juggles health problems and his overbearing father/boss; Terry (Scott Bakula) is a bed-hopping former actor/insurance salesman. Together they search for an answer to the question: Is this all there is?

Premieres: Friday, April 2 at 10/9c Executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer presents a team of surgeons at the country's premiere trauma facility. Gulf War vet Dr. Matthew Proctor (Jeremy Northam) joins workaholic Eva Zambrano (Lana Parrilla), recent med school grad Serena Warren (Elisabeth Harnois) and head nurse Tuck Brody (Omar Gooding), who keeps the doctors on track. The real question is: When's the first CSI: Miami crossover?

Premieres: Monday, March 1 at 9/8c Jason Katims (Friday Night Lights) created this adaptation of Ron Howard's hit 1989 film. Craig T. Nelson stars as Zeek, the flawed patriarch of the Braverman Family. TV vets Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) and Peter Krause (Six Feet Under, Dirty Sexy Money) and Erika Christensen and Dax Shephard co-star as Zeek's children, each of whom have their own familial foibles.

Premieres: Thursday, Feb. 11 at 9/8c Based on the M.J. Rose book The Reincarnationist, this procedural follows two past-life detectives — psychologist Kate McGinn (All My Children's Kelli Giddish) and former NYPD homicide detective Price Watley (Nicholas Bishop) — who help solve their clients' mysteries by digging into who the people were in a former life. The series is created by David Hudgins' (Friday Night Lights) and also stars The West Wing's Richard Schiff as Kate's mentor and Scrubs' Ravi Patel.

Premieres: TBD Would-be novelist/telemarketer Shawn (Josh Lawson) is torn between the girl of his dreams, Rebecca (Alyssa Milano), and his needy best friend (Worst Week's Kyle Bornheimer). The cast also includes Kelly Stables (Greek) as Milano's younger sister.

Premieres: Sunday, March 14 at 8:30/7:30c When three brothers are orphaned by their father's white-collar indiscretions, they hire sad-sack Ron Snuffkin (Reaper's Tyler Labine) to pretend to be their dad while their real pops is in prison. It starts out as a business arrangement, but of course evolves into something more emotional.
