Arrow (The CW)

Airs: Wednesday, May 14 at 8/7c Oliver and Slade's ultimate showdown will be a three-part affair starting with the April 30 episode — and the final hour will take place in 24-style real time. With Roy more dangerous than ever and Laurel in the know about Oliver's secret, the Arrow's life is slowly crumbling around him in what executive producer Andrew Kreisberg calls "some of the darkest stuff we've ever done." Several familiar faces will return to help in the final fight for Starling City, but what happens in town is only half of it. "There's a couple of massive surprises for the island," Kreisberg says, hinting that there could be a death before the season is up. "The gloves are off and anybody can die at any minute."

The Big Bang Theory (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 15, 8/7c Sheldon finds himself at a crossroads after Caltech refuses to let him change his field of study. His world is even more rocked when Leonard and Penny discuss living together without him. The couple will also broach the subject of getting engaged again, and executive producer Steve Molaro promises at least one more proposal. Will it actually stick this time? "There's a lot of discussion in the last few episodes and they both realize they have to decide how serious they are about doing this," he says. Elsewhere, Raj and Emily continue to heat up, Howard and Bernadette try to find a caregiver for an injured Mrs. Wolowitz, and the season ends with "many big moves" and cliff-hangers (yes, multiple) that "affect everyone," Molaro teases.

The Blacklist (NBC)

Airs: Monday, May 12, 10/9c Creator Jon Bokenkamp promises a "big and muscular" two-part finale, which starts May 5, that addresses some of the show's ongoing mythologies. Although he wouldn't spill if we'd learn about Red's true relationship with Liz, we will get more details about Liz's not-husband Tom Keen. "In regard to both Tom and the series as a whole, we will give some satisfying answers," he says. "It has built into that episode specifically some really big mysteries that will be really fun to unwrap."

Blue Bloods (CBS)

Airs: Friday, May 9, 10/9c The procedural will once again end the season with a close-ended case, this time involving a woman who commits suicide by jumping off a penthouse in Manhattan. It turns out she's connected to some dirty business that reaches high up to the NYPD and the DA's office, which conveniently sanitized the scene before Danny arrives. "Danny starts to investigate and keeps hitting brick walls and it unfolds into a bigger thing than anyone had expected that affects all the Reagans," executive producer Kevin Wade says. Jamie and Eddie also try to help a Syrian man meet his deportation deadline. As for their burgeoning flirtation, don't expect a big kiss or anything — their possible romance will be explored more next season.

Bones (Fox)

Airs: Monday, May 19 at 8/7c The reveal of the Ghost Killer's identity will send Booth, Brennan & Co. on a dangerous, twisty mission. "They uncover what appears to be a conspiracy that is far, far larger than the Ghost Killer," executive producer Stephen Nathan says. "We wanted to [take] this in another direction and make this rabbit hole that they're falling down far more nefarious than we have ever seen before." The shocking reveal will threaten Booth's promotion — and after the murder of a conspiracy blogger whom Booth had agreed to meet with to discuss a previous case, Booth's future with the FBI in general could be in jeopardy. "People will be changed by what has happened at the end of Season 9 and what will occur at the top of Season 10," Nathan teases. "The show as we all know it will continue; it will just continue in a different way."
6 of 39 Danny Feld/ABC

Castle (ABC)

Airs: Monday, May 12 at 10/9c The season's penultimate episode once again delves into Beckett's mother's murder after a man Beckett was secretly surveilling winds up dead. And when the evidence links Beckett to the murder, she and Castle will both be the target of a dangerous manhunt. Fortunately, the finale, titled "For Better or Worse," holds the promise of a happy ending! But don't expect the couple to make it to their wedding without some serious speed bumps. For starters, Warehouse 13's Eddie McClintock guest-stars as a small-town hustler who shares a complicated past with Beckett. "Weddings can either go off without a hitch or they can be disastrous," creator Andrew W. Marlowe teases. "[But] people can end up together after the disaster. We still have a few tricks up our sleeve."

Chicago Fire (NBC)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 10/9c Executive producer Matt Olmstead says the drama's "big" second season finale has already gotten a very important seal of approval from his boss. "[Dick Wolf] said it was one of the best season finales he's ever heard [pitched]," Olmstead says. While one team member deals with a major health scare, "there's a big call and characters might be in danger," Olmstead says. "We're going out of this season with major jeopardy for the house." But there's good news too: The season finale features a wedding — but the couple tying the knot is not who you think it will be.

Chicago P.D. (NBC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 21 at 10/9c A couple of new faces will pop up in the freshman drama's final episode, including a new (permanent?) partner for Burgess and someone from Halstead's past who's keeping a big secret for him. The biggest questions, however, will surround some possibly dirty deeds by Voight. "There's an awful cliff-hanger… that may be disturbing to some people," star Jason Beghe teases, "Did he do it or didn't he do it, and what's he capable of?"
9 of 39 Sonja Flemming/CBS

Criminal Minds (CBS)

Airs: Wednesday, May 14, 9/8c As has been the case the past few seasons, the Season 9 closer will be a two-parter, airing over two weeks, titled "Angels" and "Demons." While executive producer Erica Messer is tightlipped on the nature of the case, she promises that it'll be "one of the more twisted finales we've done." "We broke it as a movie, so it's going to be action-packed from beginning to end," she says, adding forebodingly, "Someone might be in jeopardy." And will the show resume its early-season tradition of finale cliff-hangers? "We did get an early pickup this year," she teases.
10 of 39 Richard Cartwright/CBS

CSI (CBS)

Airs: Wednesday, May 7 at 10/9c The finale features a present-day crime that has ties to a mob heist from 25 years prior. Treat Williams guest-stars as a criminalist who tries to help the team find the connection between the cases. Meanwhile, viewers will prepare to say goodbye to original cast member Paul Guilfoyle, as Capt. Brass is forced to make a decision about his future after he suffers a personal tragedy.
11 of 39 Jeff Neumann/CBS

Elementary (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 15 at 10/9c The arc of the Mycroft-centric finale actually starts in the May 1 episode."He has a cryptic conversation that seems to suggest he has some sort of agenda that involves Sherlock," executive producer Rob Doherty says. "We will be explaining that call and his relationship to the person on the other end of the line. … Mycroft is not all that he appears to be. Mycroft has a lot of explaining to do." While the reveal will obviously land hard on Sherlock, Joan will also reconsider her professional goals as she wrestles with how her partnership with Sherlock has become her entire life.
12 of 39 Sarah Shatz/FOX

The Following (Fox)

Airs: Monday, April 28 at 9/8c Ryan Hardy and Joe Carroll will once again come face-to-face, but will both men once again walk away from the confrontation alive? "[Ryan's] reason for living right now is not to put [Joe] back in jail," Kevin Bacon says. "I want to kill him. … My job is clear: I'm fighting him so that I can once and for all put him in the ground, and I don't care what that's going to take." That said, even Bacon isn't sure how their final showdown is going to play out. "We've actually shot a couple of different endings," he admits. " One certainty: As Joe turns his attention to his new target, Pastor Kingston Tanner, his actions will keep fans' eyes popping — as long as they're not too scared to cover them. "You think… 'What would possibly be shocking at this point?'" Bacon teases. "But the finale definitely goes there."
13 of 39 Mike Yarish/Fox

Glee (Fox)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 8/7c Will Rachel's Broadway debut as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl be a hit or a miss? Either way, questions will swirl about the former glee club star's next move following the musical's opening night in the April 22nd episode. In the season finale, titled "The Rachel Berry Project," Rachel's career will take an interesting turn when she meets a famous television writer (The Daily Show's Kristen Schaal) whose eccentric personality throws Rachel for a loop. Sam and Mercedes, however, will enjoy major success in their respective fields, but the two must deal with the pressure of commitment as their careers skyrocket. And Blaine will soon be in the spotlight when his big showcase with June Dolloway (Shirley MacLaine) at NYADA approaches.
14 of 39 Tony Rivetti/ABC

The Goldbergs (ABC)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13, 9/8c The '80s sitcom will go back in time even more as a peeved Murray relives his glory years after he learns that his high school free throw record has been broken. He begrudgingly attends the honoree banquet, where things don't exactly go smoothly for him. Back home, Barry loses the spotlight at his own party and Lainey (A.J. Michalka) comes to the rescue to help him get it back. How? Hint: The episode's title is "Sweater Party!!!"
15 of 39 Jojo Whilden/CBS

The Good Wife (cbs)

Airs: Sunday, May 18 at 9/8c After Alicia and Cary's hasty exit from Lockhart/Gardner and Will's shocking death, it only makes sense that the final episode of this rollercoaster season is titled "A Weird Year." In the episode, tensions will run high at Florrick/Agos when an open feed from a camera left on after a deposition reveals a surprising threat to the firm. Meanwhile at Lockhart/Gardner, Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox) aims for a larger role. However, the battle we're most excited to see is grandma vs. grandma when Alicia puts her mother Veronica (returning guest Stockard Channing) and her mother-in-law Jackie (fan favorite Mary Beth Peil) in charge of Zach's high school graduation party. Who's ready for some serious fireworks?!

Grey's Anatomy (ABC)

Airs: Thursday, May 15 at 9/8c After 10 seasons, Sandra Oh will check out of Grey Sloan Memorial. "Cristina's departure is both heartbreaking but also completely fitting for the character — and I hope for fans as well," executive producer Shonda Rhimes says. Elsewhere, the hospital copes with victims from a potential act of terrorism, Meredith makes a life-changing decision and "a main character receives stunning news," Rhimes teases.
17 of 39 Scott Green/NBC

Grimm (NBC)

Airs: Friday, May 16, 9/8c You're cordially invited to the marriage of Rosalee Calvert and Monroe… uh, what's his last name again? Solving that mystery will be the least of the couple's worries. "All hell breaks loose... there are no zombies, but lives change," Silas Weir Mitchell says. Adds Bree Turner: "This is the biggest episode we've shot. It's so major what we're trying to accomplish... and things [happen] that absolutely trump this wedding day." Also, expect to see some interesting Wesen pairings, tension for Nick's love life (what else is new?) and someone who sounds like nothing but "Trouble."
18 of 39 Brooke Palmer/NBC

Hannibal (NBC)

Airs: Friday, May 23 at 10/9c With Will once again under Hannibal's treatment, the ex-FBI profiler will be forced to contend with the darkness he fears is now inside him. And despite Will's attempts to have Hannibal killed this season, it sounds like some healing is in order. "The finale is all about forgiveness," executive producer Bryan Fuller says. "We don't choose forgiveness, it just appears one day in our hearts and in our consciousness. When you think about all the acts of duplicity and betrayal that have been woven through this second season, it feels like an appropriate concept to explore." But will Jack, who we saw discover the truth about Hannibal in the season's opening teaser, be so willing to forgive? "The chips they are a-fallin'" Fuller says with a laugh.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS)

Airs: Friday, May 9 at 9/8c Nick Jonas returns as hacker Ian Wright, who kidnaps Grover's daughter. With his daughter's safety on the line, Grover's forced to break some rules, which may give him a new appreciation for how McGarrett does business. "He starts off the season looking at what McGarrett's doing as being unorthodox, and it's everything he hates in a cop," Lenkov says. "Now, Grover's put into a situation where he's got to act the same way. I think he sort of learns a lot about himself and gains a new respect for McGarrett." The finale also features the return of Wo Fat in a pivotal scene. "The end is going to be a big shocker. And I don't think anybody is going to see it coming," Lenkov says.
20 of 39 Michael Parmelee/NBC

Law & Order: SVU (NBC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 21 at 9/8c William Lewis is gone, but the repercussions of Benson's "last dance" with The Beast will still linger. "Among the questions on the table: Will Olivia get the squad? Will there be a new captain? Will he stay? Will she get the squad back? What happens to baby boy Doe," executive producer Warren Leight says. "This guy wants to haunt [Benson] for the rest of her life and one of the questions is, will she let him do that?" The finale, titled "Spring Awakening," will also address Amaro's ongoing family issues and could serve as both a season and series finale, as the drama has not yet been renewed. "In either case, a lot of the story lines that we've been running will come together at the end of the season," Leight says.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 8/7c Now that Hydra has revealed themselves and S.H.I.E.L.D. has been disbanded, Coulson and his team are on their own to take down the now-missing Clairvoyant. But how will they react when they learn Ward is actually a member of Hydra planted in their group? The finale will address Ward's true allegiances as well as answer questions about Skye's lineage, who's controlling Deathlok and what the Clairvoyant wants with Coulson. "We think the audience is waiting for a showdown between Coulson's team and Garrett's team and they're going to get a satisfying payoff to that epic conclusion," executive producer Jeffrey Bell says, hinting there could be other sleepers. "If they win, it comes at a price." Plus: Nick Fury returns!
22 of 39 Colleen Hayes/Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.

The Mentalist (CBS)

Airs: Sunday, May 18 at 10/9c Jane and Lisbon 'shippers will finally get some payoff in the finale. "Lisbon is going to receive... a proposal [from Pike], and Jane must decide what he's going to do about that," creator Bruno Heller reveals. "It's a romantic finale rather than a suspense finale." Because CBS has not renewed The Mentalist for a seventh season yet, the episode could double as a series finale. "If it is a [series] finale, I think the fans will think of it as a very satisfying finale," Heller says. "We're very happy with where we've taken them. But on the other hand, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities and potential."
23 of 39 Beth Dubber/FOX

The Mindy Project (Fox)

Airs: Tuesday, May 6 at 9:30/8:30c Mindy will take on two iconic rom-coms in the finale, titled "Danny and Mindy." Writer and star Ike Barinholtz explains that "Mindy has a bit of her own version of You've Got Mail," where the doctor finds herself being courted over email. "Without giving away too much, it's not who she thinks it is," Barinholtz teases. While Barinholtz wouldn't reveal if Mindy's e-suitor is actually Danny (fingers crossed!), he did say that two central characters will find themselves on top of the Empire State Building in a nod to Sleepless in Seattle.

Modern Family (ABC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 21 at 9/8c Mitch and Cam's big day is finally here! But of course, it won't be smooth sailing over the course of the two-part episode. "A little thing does go wrong, and that becomes the first of an enormous chain reaction of things going wrong for them," executive producer Chris Lloyd says. "It takes them on a pretty wild journey over the course of a day." The guest list features several familiar faces, including Cam's sister Pam (Dana Powell) and Nathan Lane's Pepper. Elsewhere, Haley advises Andy on "a personal matter." "Everything the characters are going through sort of becomes magnified because there's all this emotion swirling around the wedding day itself," Lloyd says. "And that's certainly true for Haley and Andy."
25 of 39 Mark Levine/ABC

Nashville (ABC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 14 at 10/9c Despite several deaths earlier this season, executive producer Callie Khouri says there are no fatalities in the finale — though several relationships will be in limbo when the credits roll. "All the explosions in this finale will be emotional," Khouri tells TVGuide.com. Look for flare-ups between Will and Layla and Rayna and Luke, in particular, especially as Rayna's personal life takes a backseat to her career. "She's got some serious issues to deal with on a business side, which are of paramount importance to her, since she has literally bet her own house on her label," Khouri says. "But that becomes almost the least of her worries." And, though ABC has yet to renew the show for a third season, producers aren't planning to wrap up story lines with a neat bow. "We're not going to help them cancel us," Khouri says.
26 of 39 Monty Brinton/CBS

NCIS (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 8/7c NCIS' season-ender will rely more on emotion as opposed to action, with the show paying tribute to the late Ralph Waite. Viewers will learn more about young Jack Gibbs through flashbacks — and will also see a different side of his son Jethro in the process. "This was such a significant event for us, both on-screen and off, that we wanted to handle it properly and do it well, and let people mourn the passing of Gibbs' dad with him," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. "It's no secret that Season 11 had all kinds of challenges that came up, from Ziva's departure to Bishop's arrival, and then the New Orleans episodes. ... We wanted to not necessarily do another cliff-hanger, but do something that informed our characters and brought our family and our team together."
27 of 39 Cliff Lipson/CBS

NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 9/8c The NCIS: LA season-ender is "out of control," according to executive producer Shane Brennan. The nail-biter features Callen and Sam "in extreme jeopardy in a place that they've never been, and in a situation that appears almost insurmountable for them," Brennan says. And they can't turn to Hetty for help because she finds herself dealing with the fallout of her decision to send Kensi to Afghanistan. "The White Ghost has come back to haunt [Hetty] in the finale, and in a very, very bad way," Brennan teases. On the Deeks-Kensi front, things get extremely awkward when DEA agent Talia returns and has a less-than-warm introduction with Kensi.
28 of 39 Adam Taylor/FOX

New Girl (Fox)

Airs: Tuesday, May 6 at 9/8c Nick and Jess (and the rest of the gang) will go on a fancy (non-refundable) cruise the couple booked before they broke up. "This is not going to be an easy thing for the two of them," executive producer Dave Finkel says. The Office's Oscar Nunez guest-stars as a crew member who preys on Coach's fear of boats, while Reno 911!'s Kerri Kenney plays the captain of the ship who tries to help Nick and Jess mend their relationship. But executive producer Brett Baer says the duo will not get back together in the season-ender. (Worse: They may find themselves unable to live together next season!) As for Schmidt, "his feelings for Cece come to bear," Baer says. "Schmidt has decided that he definitely has feelings for her and wants to continue pushing forward."
29 of 39 Dean Buscher/ABC

Once Upon a Time (ABC)

Airs: Sunday, May 11 at 8/7c The two-hour finale will feature a fairy tale wedding, though it's unclear exactly who will be making it down the aisle, especially with Zelena willing to do anything to get her vengeance on her half-sister Regina. We'll also learn why Zelena has been targeting Snow White's baby, who's expected to arrive this spring. And unfortunately, there is still more death on the way! "Hearts will be broken," executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz tease. "Hearts will be healed. There will be surprise returns and new arrivals." Could the new arrivals include the new villain who will be plaguing our favorite fairy tale characters in Season 4?
30 of 39 Bob Mahoney/The CW

The Originals (CW)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 8/7c There's a very pregnant werewolf in New Orleans, but unfortunately for her, the witches want that baby dead the minute it's born. Elsewhere, the tension between all the city's supernatural (and human) factions reaches fever pitch, with some of the characters caught in the middle finally making it clear where they stand. "Every story line crashes in some way; it's action-packed," star Danielle Campbell says about the hour. Can we expect a major body count? "I would definitely say so," she says.
31 of 39 Ben Cohen/NBC

Parks and Recreation (NBC)

Airs: Thursday, April 24 at 8/9c The one-hour finale is "the biggest episode we've ever done," executive producer Mike Schur says of the two-part episode that features the long-awaited Unity Concert and Leslie finally deciding whether or not to take the job in Chicago. "One way or the other, Leslie makes a decision thanks to, in no small part, First Lady Michelle Obama, who has some wise words for her about the nature of public service," Schur says. Also, Tammy 2 returns to try to win Ron back; Tom's restaurant opens, where April will act as a waitress; and Jean-Ralphio, Mona-Lisa and Dr. Saperstein (Henry Winkler) all pop back up.
32 of 39 Giovanni Rufino/CBS

Person of Interest (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 13 at 10/9c Now that Decima has Samaritan up and running, the Battle of the Machines is on! Add in Vigilance's team of anti-surveillance crusaders and you've got a powder keg waiting to explode. "What's the most chaotic thing that could possibly happen in New York City to bring all these parties together? That's where we're headed," executive producer Greg Plageman says. That chaos will be harder to anticipate now that the government has shut down its stake in the Machine. "They've turned off their one way of dealing with large-scale terrorist attacks," co-creator Jonathan Nolan says. "When you turn the lights off, nothing good happens out in the dark." And even though surprising alliances will be formed in the finale, Finch may lose his anonymity for good. "Is the world about to learn who Harold Finch is and what he's done? That's a big part of our season finale," Nolan says.
33 of 39 Ben Mark Holzberg/The CW

Reign (The CW)

Airs: Thursday, May 15 at 9/8c Will Mary finally choose love over her country? Or could she finally get pregnant, securing an heir to the throne? (The episode does feature a rather lavish celebration.) Meanwhile, with Henry only getting worse, Francis struggles with his loyalty to his father versus his love for Mary, even though he knows Henry is no longer strong enough to rule France. Finally, the mystery surrounding The Darkness in the woods will emerge with terrifying results.

Resurrection (ABC)

Airs: Sunday, May 4, 9/8c As Arcadia deals with a breakout epidemic (not, you know, people returning from the dead), Maggie and Ward make a breakthrough in their research on The Returned that might explain how they came back. Tom continues his search for pregnant Rachel, who's been kidnapped. And don't miss the very last second of the finale. "There's a huge reveal at the very last moment," executive producer Michele Fazekas says. "We had laid the groundwork for that throughout the eight episodes, so there's a really big reveal for one of the main characters. The game totally changes and it gets much bigger than these little individual stories."
35 of 39 Colleen Hayes/ABC

Revenge (ABC)

Airs: Sunday, May 11 at 10/9c With an episode title like "Execution," it's no surprise that the show is planning another major death. "I was standing next to [Emily VanCamp] when she was sobbing over that passing, and I promise it will be surprising and impactful and alter the journey of all the characters on the show," executive producer Sunil Nayar says. With Victoria thisclose to learning Emily's secret, it seems very likely that another character will learn her true identity. While viewers should expect major cliff-hangers for every single character, pay close attention to the final two scenes, which will leave you wondering where the series could possibly be heading. "It's going to be a totally different show next season — a reincarnation," Nayar adds.
36 of 39 Felicia Graham/NBC

Revolution (NBC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 21 at 8/7c Revolution has juggled several mysteries this season and in the finale, all the story lines will "get tied up in one big beautiful bow — cinched right around the throats of our heroes," executive producer Rockne S. O'Bannon warns. Not only does the self-aware nano-tech continue to gain strength, but when Miles & Co. once again try to bring down the Patriots, they're "slammed into a final confrontation that's literally impossible to survive," O'Bannon says. The no-holds-barred finale will resolve questions fans have been mulling since the series' start, while creating new, shocking mysteries to explore. "Everything comes together and everything changes in this single episode," O'Bannon says.

The Tomorrow People (CW)

Airs: Monday, May 5 at 9/8c As The Founder's plans become clear, the Tomorrow People must face a harsh truth: their much-awaited salvation can only come at the expense of humanity. "The cruel twist is that the refuge actually is Earth," executive producer Phil Klemmer reveals. And now that his father has failed, it's up to Steven to unite humans and Tomorrow People in order to stop The Machine and save the world. To do so, Steven will have to team up with some questionable allies, including Russell, who will be desperate to atone for his previous betrayal. Meanwhile, Jedikiah will do his best to tempt John into forsaking the Tomorrow People once and for all. "It's actually quite a tragic finale," Klemmer says. "There's loss of life and loss of friendship and loss of love and loss of family."
38 of 39 Cliff Lipson/CBS

Two and a Half Men (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 8, 9/8c RIP Jeff Strongman. After a months-long charade, Alan finally decides to confess to Larry (D.B. Sweeney) that he is not Jeff Strongman and that he only made up the identity to scope out Larry because he wanted to see why Lyndsey chose him over Alan. Larry's reaction is, predictably, not good. Kimberly Williams Paisley will return as Gretchen, now Alan's fiancée, and her real-life husband Brad Paisley will also swing by, but his role is being kept under wraps for now. Meanwhile, Walden has to deal with his commitment issues and decide if he wants to be with Kate.

The Vampire Diaries (CW)

Airs:Thursday, May 15 at 8/7c There is no more confusion about who The Travelers are and what they want: to break a centuries-old witches' curse so they can finally settle. And if their leader Markos is successful, magic would be destroyed, which could be catastrophic for Bonnie and the other side. But perhaps Bonnie is headed to a new world — and she won't be alone. "[The finale] definitely establishes new parameters in the environment we'll be shooting in Season 6," Paul Wesley teases. "They reset things in a way, and the writers have the ability to now change the circumstances and locations of where the show takes place." Oh, and did we mention death? Like, permanent death? "I can think of three, off-hand," executive producer Caroline Dries teases.
