How you know her: She's been an actress in films (Happiness, Black and White) and on TV (guest roles on Spin City and Liv and Maddie), as well as an author and philanthropist, but she may be best known for being married to Donald Trump for six years. They divorced in 1999.

Mischa Barton

How you know her: Once a Hollywood "It Girl," Barton appeared in Notting Hill and The Sixth Sense, and then became a household name as a star of The O.C. Despite some rocky personal stuff in the last few years -- including a DUI, and lawsuits over unpaid rent among other things -- she's still been doing endorsements for fashion labels. She also won praise for her turn in an Irish stage production of Steel Magnolias.

Antonio Brown

How you know him: The Pittsburgh Steeler is known for his fancy footwork, which has helped lead him to a career 38 touchdowns. Not one to shy away from a flashy, blingy outfit either, he's one of three footballers competing this season.

Doug Flutie

How you know him: Flutie's extensive football career includes stints in leagues including the NFL, where he played for the New England Patriots, the San Diego Chargers and the Buffalo Bills. He's currently the lead analyst for Notre Dame football on NBC. At age 53, he's a bit more seasoned than the other NFL competitors on Dancing, but he does have rhythm: he's played drums in a band with his brother for a number of years.

How you know him: Boyz II Men! While yes, they're known for a good ballad, let's not forget those sweet moves from "Motown Philly" in 1991. At age 42, maybe he's still got it?

How you know her: The mixed martial arts fighter competes in the women's Strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and has modeled for Nike and Columbia sportswear. How you know him:The Denver Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl 50 MVP is known for being one of the league's best players, but also for his often-memorable on-field dances, including a Key & Peele-inspired hip-thrusting stunt in 2015 that resulted in a hefty fine from the league.

She's currently on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
