"The Cristina-Meredith scene that will always stick with me is Sandra and I roaming through the forest in Big Bear, looking for Cristina Yang's shoe. We've kicked some serious acting ass together. I am very proud of the work we've done together over the last decade." — Ellen Pompeo

"One of my favorite moments with Sandra actually came from this season, when we sat down and had a really nice conversation reflecting on the past 10 years. She has a tremendous work ethic that was always inspiring." — Patrick Dempsey

"It's going to be completely bizarre. It's going to be a huge hole for us because she's such a huge part of Grey's. Her intelligence and talent is felt, and it ripples throughout the show. So, not having her here, we're really going to feel it. I'm excited for her. She's so talented. There's going to be great stuff for her in the future." — Justin Chambers

"Sandra Oh is a truly exceptional spirit and human being. It has been an honor to get to know her and work with her. Sandra has this way of making everyone around her shine. She authentically cares about others and wants others to shine. Grey's Anatomy will be different without her presence." — Sara Ramirez

"The legacy, a decade of Cristina Yang, is going to go down in a record hall somewhere. No one could've played it better. She does amazing work each and every single day that she comes to work. She's inspiring. She's got one of the hardest work ethics of anyone I know. She's interesting, funny, caring, and I'm going to miss her a lot." — Jessica Capshaw

"I'm going to miss her so much. Without a doubt, I'd have to say that she's been the most committed, most dedicated actress that I've worked with. She will speak her mind. I'll miss that because that's so refreshing in this business. What you see is what you get with Sandra. She created such an endearing character in Cristina Yang. That character itself set a bar in terms of how we look at millennial women: independent yet vulnerable, seriously competitive yet caring. That legacy she left will last way beyond Grey's Anatomy. — James Pickens Jr.

"Working alongside Sandra has taught me a great deal about ownership and commitment. Her generous ferocity is truly an inspiration. To say that she will be missed would be one of the great understatements on the subject." — Jesse Williams

"I can't really imagine her not being here. We're all just soaking up the last couple weeks that we have with her. We're all so thrilled for her and so excited for her to move on to the next chapter in her career and her life. She brings such a professionalism, positivity, enthusiasm and artistry to this show that will be sorely missed." — Sarah Drew

"I haven't worked with Sandra a lot over the past two seasons, but as a fan of the show, I want to be there on her last day of filming just to see the last Cristina Yang scene, even if I'm not in it. She brings so much to the show. The character is so iconic. To see the character go as well is what is devastating to me. Sandra Oh is just such a wonderful actress that it's fun for someone like me to sit back and watch how she works. I'll miss watching that process of how she makes her acting choices. It's been really fun to watch someone so talented and see where they take scenes." — Camilla Luddington

"It's been a great celebration of her legacy and the level of commitment, talent, craft, creativity and brilliance that she's brought to the show. It's a challenge to say goodbye to her as a presence in this show because I've just loved working with her so much. I've learned so much from her. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. I'm more than sure that she'll be going on to do amazing things." — Gaius Charles

"She's wonderful. She and I got to hang out in off-hours time and that's been wonderful. I feel really grateful for that because she's a dynamic person. A lot of us are still going through the motions because it's a hard thing to accept without it really getting in the way of the work that you have to do. It's going to change the whole environment for the viewers and most definitely for all of us every day." — Jerrika Hinton

"I'm just really sad about it. We're having a great time during this last season, and Sandra is in great form. It's going to feel like a huge hole in this show. No one can fill her shoes. I wish her all the best. She's ready for the next phase in her life. She's always going to be my friend. She's one of my best friends. I feel tearful talking about it. It reminds me of how great that chemistry is." — Kevin McKidd
